  Would love some kind of floating cart for hauling materials back to the ship, maybe like 8 slots for haulables and 16 slots for other items. It could move slowly but save you multiple trips, and then add ways to upgrade and build better carts. Add a docking slot build piece that you can build on the deck or side of the ship.

  Omg, the amount of grind in this game is really starting to ruin it for me. Having to haul each liftium chunk to the ship one by one so you can then haul them one by one to the grinder to then haul to crystals to the condenser to make batteries that run out way to quickly because everything that uses power is a hog.
  
  I'm spending most of my time gathering and managing resources and barely any time exploring and fighting enemies. Having players put more hours in your game just because it takes a lot of grinding does not make a good game.

  Perhaps a type of backpack that you can construct that if you are wearing it or have it in your hot bar, you can carry more than one large item at a time.

  Upgraded to glider with an extra haul slot would go a long way. Even a series of these up to 3 slots might be an idea. 3 is enough to fill a grinder or Etherloom
  I've been parking my ship with 2 pallets above the node, and going back and forth is still quite the time sink.

  Totally valid, we are looking into adjusting or adding to the hauling system to make it more efficient and less grindy, I will be merging your idea with the hauling system suggestion
