Add a pause option to Offline game mode

[QOL] There should be the ability to pause the game when in Offline (or Solo player) mode as there are occasions when the player may need to go AFK without needing to leave the game and reload it again.

Like to casually play solo and pausing is necessary. Going to keep the game in hopes of pausing becoming available, but not play it if not paused...sometimes step away for many hours or even a day or two with distractions.
