Tool tips or ability to mouse over crafting components

I have t learned what all the icons are in the crafting menus, it would be great to have a button to display tool tips for menus.

my thought on this is "if its in the invention desk is should have an entry in the guide book "

IMO if its in the research bench it should have an entry in the guidebook ,so you know what the frack you are looking for
